Not only did she do this but she has also been teaching me (patiently) to use my new phone and laptop. Claire has a wealth of knowledge and is an excellent teacher. Read more able to tell Google to turn on or off lights etc. I am also able to manage lights from my iPhone. This means, if I am out and it gets dark, then I am able to turn the lights on from my phone. This is a great security benefit. Claire, went to all the trouble teaching me how to set everything up, but, I must admit, I have forgotten a lot of it. (I am 81 remember). Also, when I’ve had an emergency with my computer or printer. Once again, Basic Tech to the rescue.
