I WAS REFERRED TO CLAIRE ROBINSON BY ANGLICARE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ASSISTANCE TO PREPARE THE INTERGATION WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. NOT ONLY DID CLAIRE SET UP THE CONNECTION... Read more BUT SHE GAVE ME STEP BY STEP WRITTEN NOTES TO HELP ME WITH THE ACTIVATION IF I FORGOT THE PROCESS NEEDED TO PRINT AND SCAN BUT ALSO BASICS LIKE REPLACING NEW PRINT CARTRIGES. DURING THIS PROCESS, CLAIRE INVESTIGATED A POSSIBLE SCAM ON MY BEHALF AND SEARCHED ON LINE THE HISTORY AND ACTIONS OF THE ENTITY ALLOWING ME TO CONTACT MY BANK.
