Claire from Basic Tech is exceptional. She will walk you - via a split Skype screen- through the most feral files and rogue printers and most Kafka-esque electronic applications. She is supernaturally patient, able, kind, serious and fun. She cares as much about your problem as you do. She helps fix it and transfers a few skills along the way.
