Read more BUT SHE GAVE ME STEP BY STEP WRITTEN NOTES TO HELP ME WITH THE ACTIVATION IF I FORGOT THE PROCESS NEEDED TO PRINT AND SCAN BUT ALSO BASICS LIKE REPLACING NEW PRINT CARTRIGES. DURING THIS PROCESS, CLAIRE INVESTIGATED A POSSIBLE SCAM ON MY BEHALF AND SEARCHED ON LINE THE HISTORY AND ACTIONS OF THE ENTITY ALLOWING ME TO CONTACT MY BANK. THIS ACTION PROVED VERY POSITIVE AND MY BANK WAS ABLE TO HAVE $400 RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 DAYS. I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE CLAIRE ROBINSON HAVING THE SKILLS I HAVE FORGOTTEN.
